1. What happens if it rains on the day of the tour? If the forecast calls for heavy rain or dangerous sea conditions, we prioritize your safety. The tour will be rescheduled for a new date of your choice—subject to availability—or you will receive a full refund. Light rain or drizzle does not necessarily result in cancellation; the final decision rests with the captain, based on safety considerations.
2. Can I customize the contents of the cold cuts and cheese basket? Yes! We offer a standard basket, but we can make adjustments to accommodate dietary restrictions (please see the Important Notice regarding allergies). Requests for premium items not included in the standard offering may incur an additional cost.
3. Can the bottle of wine be swapped for another drink? Yes, we can replace the bottle of wine with a non-alcoholic option or another alcoholic beverage of equivalent value (e.g., select craft beers), provided this is requested when booking.
